Be personable, sincere, and positive with everyone you meet and stay in your interviewing posture at all times. Be organized and prepared to discuss your accomplishments. Be honest but fair to yourself. Be prepared to discuss any weaknesses you have regarding the duties of the position and how you will overcome them. Focus on and discuss only their position and company -- do not compare. Be consistent and truthful about your current compensation and wait until they bring up benefits/relocation before discussing them. Continue to act interested and to interview your best even if you hear or see something that makes you less interested in the position. Be adaptable to different and changing situations. Follow their instructions and do not critique their interviewing style. Tell them you want the job (assuming you do). If you are unsure, still act interested and we can talk about it after the interview. If dining, stick to non-alcoholic beverages at all times and be prudent with interviewing expenses. Wait until you have an offer and have spoken to me before you try to negotiate anything. Be decisive. If they make you an acceptable offer, accept it.
